Dear Maintainer,

Apt patterns are used in the update instructions, for instance, but I
had to do a web search for documentation on them; they're not referenced
from the apt/apt-get man pages.  I'm not sure which other man pages are
relevant, but at least apt(8) and apt-get(8) should have apt-patterns(7)
in the SEE ALSO section, and probably also mention patterns in the text.
