Same here,

the issue seems to be a malformed dep11/Components.yml in the current
testing and unstable repository.

https://deb.debian.org/debian/dists/testing/main/dep11/Components-amd64.yml.gz

It seems to be that 3 packages are breaking the XHTML syntax:

  1. Package: ibus-table
Issue: Character & was not HTMLized, usually using htmlentities()

Entity: line 4: parser error : xmlParseEntityRef: no name
ZhengMa, WuBi, ErBi, CangJie, &. But some tables for other

  2. Package: phosh-osk-stevia
Issue: HTML tag <li> was not closed with </li>

Entity: line 8: parser error : Opening and ending tag mismatch: li
line 8 and root
       <li>Lots of emojis</root>

  3. Package: cozy
Issue: Character & was not HTMLized, usually using htmlentities()

Entity: line 5: parser error : xmlParseEntityRef: no name
       <li>Listen to your DRM free mp3, m4b, m4a (aac, ALAC, &), flac,
ogg and wav au

So far from my analytics.
