Bug#1139149: apt: dist-upgrade keeps files back and no explanation given

Hello Julian,
now the next two "kept back" packages appeared:

Do you want me to create traces for this (and potentially future)
occurance and send them to this bug report or should I simply excecute
the commands and wait for further instructions from your side?
