bunk-1 packages for Debian 3.0 Release 5

The new kernel packages fix several security bugs. It's highly
recommended to upgrade the kernel.

If you are using XChat with a Socks-5 proxy it's highly recommended to
upgrade your XChat packages.

            local roots exploit in ip{,v6}_sockglue.c
          + kernel-image-2.4.22-i386: rebuilt with the fixed
            kernel-source-2.4.22
