bunk-1 packages for Debian 3.0 Release 3

The updated GnuPG works around a serious problem with (rarely used)
ElGamal sign+encrypt keys [1]. If you use GnuPG it's recommended to
upgrade.

The new kernel packages fix a security bug [2]. It's highly recommended
to upgrade the kernel.

The updated XFree86 packages fix a root exploit in xdm [3]. It's highly
recommended to upgrade xdm.

The updated module-init-tools fixes a problem that would have occured
when trying to upgrade from the older version to more recent versions. 
Note that for kernel 2.6 more recent versions of module-init-tools (that
will soon be available in the bunk-2 packages) are recommended.
