Backporting OpenLDAP 2.5.13+dfsg-2+b1

Hello team,

In bullseye-backports there's OpenLDAP 2.4.59+dfsg-1~bpo11+1 to be found 
while there's 2.5.13+dfsg-2+b1 in testing.

Since I was in need of the TOTP contrib module I tried building the 
sources from testing (bookworm) in a clean build environment.

Just building the package (and awaiting the extensive test suite) seemed 
to work out of the box without any changes. Therefore, a new backport 
should be trivial.

Is there a reason there's 2.4.59 as a current backport, or could we move 
forward to 2.5.13 maybe?
