Backport of unclutter-xfixes to Bullseye

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for adopting the "unclutter-xfixes" package. For one of the
projects in $dayjob we will need the new version in bullseye-backports
please. I can rebuild and upload to backports queue unless you have
some objection in adding this to bullseye-backports or you want to
upload yourself. Please do let me know in either case.

btw, the Vcs-* fields are wrong in the current version.
