Yes, that's what I meant. I should have written "backports-new doesn't 
support source-only uploads".

Since https://backports.debian.org/Contribute/#index4h3 doesn't include 
bookwork-backports I presume that it's not open yet.

Which then raises the question when we can expect it to open.
