Backport request: golang

Hello,

I would like to please request that golang be backported to bookworm!

Forgejo (a fork of Gitea, a fork of Gogs) requires at least version
1.20 of the Go compiler (and uses 1.21 in CI), and I much prefer to
trust the Debian team to package the compiler than try to manage the Go
installation myself.
