Aha, I was looking at the unversioned package name, and I'd missed that
it got split into versioned packages:

https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/golang
https://packages.debian.org/bookworm-backports/golang-1.20
https://packages.debian.org/bookworm-backports/golang-1.21
