Debdiff shows changes (d/p/0013-fix-url-validator.patch and
d/p/CVE-2023-36053.patch) from python-django/3:3.2.19-1+deb12u1
(bookworm-security) which are not present in testing.

Either explicitly mention these changes in the d/changelog entry for
bookworm-backports so it is clear they are included intentionally, or ensure
these changes are also present in the version available in testing (so they
don't show up in the debdiff output).
