Intent to backport python-construct-classes, python-mnemonic, and python-trezor

I intend to shortly upload python-construct-classes to bookworm-backports NEW.

Python-construct-classes is needed to build the current version of python-
mnemonic.  The current version of python-mnemonic is needed to build the 
current version of python-trezor.  Backporting the current version of python-
trezor fixes #1062442, which currently breaks all hardware wallets based on 
Trezor in Electrum.
