Hi, As a member of the Debian LEGO Team, I maintain the nxt-python package which can be used with the LEGO Mindstorms NXT robotic system. It allows to control a NXT brick from a computer, using Python. This is useful as an educational toy or to easily interact with the physical world from a computer program. I use it personally to run electronic test benches. The nxt-python package was removed from Debian before bullseye as part of Python2 removal. Now that nxt-python works with Python3, I reintroduced it in unstable. Having nxt-python in backports allows to use it easily from stable. I would like to thanks Soren Stoutner who sponsored this upload. Nicolas.
