The debian/changelog is broken. When creating a Debian backport, we do not
replace the latest entry used in unstable (here 5.1.2-1) by an entry for the
backport (here 5.1.2-1~bpo13+1), but just *add* the backport entry on top of
the existing entry you backport from.
