- The dropped version constraint on the dpkg-dev build-dependency is not
  mentioned in debian/changelog. Please mention all the changes necessary for
  the backport.
- For backports targeting bookworm-backports, please revert the renamed
  libraries for the 64-bit time_t transition completely (e.g. revert the entire
  commit 26a301870aee52112e5994ec905b94bc8de0aea8).
- Version has ~bpo13+1 suffix (should be ~bpo12+1 for bookworm-backports).
