Intention to backport m1n1

Hello,

In the forthcoming future I intend to upload m1n1 to backports-NEW. m1n1 
is part of the bootloading chain on Apple Silicon machines. Starting 
with linux 6.18, a more recent version of m1n1 than 1.4, which is 
currently in testing, will be needed for USB-C support on Apple Silicon 
platforms. At some point (when, exactly, is still unclear), that will 
include DisplayPort (Alt Mode) support on those platforms. Having m1n1 
 >= 1.5 in stable-backports is thus necessary both for newer kernels and 
for new hardware support.
