Hi Andrea!  Thank you very much for letting me know about your work.

Which particular features do you need from postfix 3.10 which is not
available on bookworm?

Uaually I keep backports up to date (see, for example, samba and qemu -
other packages I maintain).

But in case of postfix I thought it would not be necessary.

The backport should be easy, and yes, it is about the missing tlsrpt.
The only suggestion is to mention the changes you've done - disabling
tlsrpt in this case, - besides the "rebuild for backports" changelog
entry.
