interesting, thanks. but as I understand it, -0 is smaller than zero?! (see 
"Scientific uses" on that page). I wondered if anything else was using smaller 
than zero _but not negative_ (and making sense ;) (as/similar to 0~foo)

Else this smells like a true original new idea! :-D
