Help On Palm V

Hi,
 
I have noticed on the web that you helped other persons with palm
problems, don't know if you can help me. I have the following problem:
 
I can not access the to option to re-adjust the area on the screen of my
palm V, and as it is disadjusted, I can not work. I tried with the reset
buttom but it just go to a general page (date, hour, alarms, etc.) but
the screen is still disadjuted and can not pick up other options. Is
there a way to go directly to the screen adjusting option?

PD: I am in Argentina, just in case you need to know. I had purchased my
palm in the USA several years ago.
