As Jeff already pointed out, this sounds like the known SD/MMC driver
issue. I'm assuming you're running on a 5x00 Zaurus model?

Apparently some brands of SD/MMC cards are more flaky than others, take a
look at the thread linked to from http://pocketworkstation.org/ .
