That's the problem right here - you need to use "-hw c700" (or no -hw
switch at all, it should autodetect it). Let me know if that doesn't fix
it.

Also make sure that you're using the latest fbvnc:
	http://pocketworkstation.org/files/fbvnc-arm-1.4.gz
