after upgrading to testing Alt Windows s no longer works

Hello. I upgraded from Debian Bookworm to testing and I can no longer press Alt Windows s to start or stop Orca. It’s not that big of a deal to press Alt F2, type orca and press Enter, but I wanted to report this bug.
