Talking desktop after installation

Hi, I'm thinking of installing Debian for a try. I have read on the 
accessibility/orca page at Debian Wiki that Gnome is the only desktop 
that comes talking after a Debian installation. I guess that such 
information is out of date, as the Orca page was last updated on 2022, 
so I ask: is there currently a desktop that I can install during Debian 
installation, and expect it to come talking automatically after reboot? 
I'm particularly interested on Debian testing.
