Then, you should be able to capture a debuug log, and send it to the 
correct mailing list for support.

If you are blindly doing this, reinstall from scratch is what I would do 
as we have no idea what else you have done.

How did you generate that file (a corrupt file won't work)?
Screwed up perms..
