no openssh-server when...

I just installed Debian 13.2 amd64 with KDE (options choosen during 
installer 1 5 12)

But, there is not installed openssh-server and i also found out that the 
login manager sddm dosent really work with screen reader. I do know you 
will recommend mate, but please dont.

Are developers aware of this issue?
