Hi debian-accessibility, I am setting up orca to use festival voices. So far, and after installing the packages: festival, festival-freebsoft-utils, some festvox- packages and speech-dispatcher-festival I seem to have to run "festival --server" in order to list and use festival in the orca setup. I'd like to avoid having to run "festival --server". I thought of setting up a systemd user unit to try to run automatically for the user. Is there another better / recommended way? I plan to document the steps in, at least: https://wiki.debian.org/Orca#Orca_voices (unless I missed something specific in my configuration) Thanks very much! -- Carles Pina i Estany https://carles.pina.cat | [email protected] | [email protected]
