jessie-security, stretch-security moved to archive.debian.org

Hi,

the jessie-security and stretch-security suites have moved to
archive.debian.org. People interested in historic releases without
security support should use this location now.

With this done I plan to remove jessie from the main archive and
jessie-security from the security archive in about a month (2023-03-18
or later).

The stretch release is also planned to move from the main archive to
archive.debian.org soon. I'll write a separate mail once this happened
and when stretch is planned to be removed from the main and security
archives.
