Dear Debianites,

Are you ready to share what you have been working on for Debian at=20
this year's DebConf? It is time to start preparing the topics=20
and decide what do you want to share with our global family!

This year, we are gathering in Brest, France, for DebCamp between July=20
7 and 13, followed by DebConf between July 14 and 20.

We know you have been waiting for this moment. So we are excited to=20
finally announce that...

     DEBCONF 25 REGISTRATION IS OPEN

     CALL FOR PROPOSALS IS OPEN

Everybody who wants to attend DebConf 25 should register in the=20
DebConf 25 website=C2=B9, by clicking on "Register" in your profile section=
=20
(or in the main page of the website):

If you want to submit a talk or event proposal, you need to first=20
register as an attendee, and then you will be able to submit your=20
proposals. You can find more information about the Call for Proposals=20
at the info page=C2=B2.

Also, DebCamp provides an excellent opportunity to gather with other=20
Debian fellows and collaborate on on-going projects or find solutions=20
to existing needs. Don't hesitate to share your Sprint ideas, using=20

As always, basic registration for DebConf is free of charge for=20
attendees. If you are attending the conference in a professional=20
capacity or as a representative of your company, we kindly ask you to=20
consider registering in one of our paid categories=E2=81=B4 to help cover t=
he=20
costs of organizing the conference and to support subsidizing other=20
community members.

Please keep in mind that we encourage eligible individuals to apply=20
for a diversity bursary. Travel, food, and accommodation bursaries are=20

 - 2025.05.25: Last day for submitting a talk that will be surely=20
considered for the official schedule (early submission deadline)

 - 2025.06.09: Last day to register with guaranteed "swag"
