New appointment for the Deb ian Technical Committee: David Prévot

As defined by our constitution (=A76.2.2), the Debian Technical Committee
has recommended the appointment to the committee of:

  * David Pr=E9vot <taffit>

I agree with their recommendation, and hereby appoint David as member of
the Technical Committee, effective immediately.  Christoph Berg's term
ended at the end of 2025, thanks to Christoph for his work on the Debian
Technical Committee.

disputes in the Debian project.
