Had the same issues with the same motherboard with the 13.5 and 13.6
installers.

Turned out to be the wireless driver, denylisting the ath12k driver made
the installer functional.

The current Forky installer also works on this hardware without issues, so
the issue has been fixed upstream in the meanwhile, but not backported. Did
not test with any previous versions of Debian.
