tasksel upload (new packages)

Hi team,

maybe someone can find some time to do an upload for tasksel?

There are quite a lot of changings pending, so an upload would be good, to
get them live for testing in the wild.

The changelog is ready to go, it contains entries for all changes.

I cannot do that upload, since there are new packages involved, and I'm
still only DM. And Cyril is quite busy currently.
