Bug#1143639: debian-installer: Consider bumping default size for /boot partition to 1GB

Dear Maintainer,

I'm using multiple Debian machines over the years and I am mainly
installing those Debian systems via debian-.*-amd64-netinst.iso image
with plain text Debian Installer and I'm using guided partitioning.

I used Bookworm, Trixie and I am testing Forky. Over the years apt
update, full-upgrade or unattended-upgrades lead to disk out of
space on /boot even though old kernels are removed after a while,
but current space seems just too tight for mutli years distribution
upgrades (and not clear reinstall). For me distribuation upgrades are
just easier (Bookworm > Trixie > Forky). I can fix those problems
with /boot running out of disk space, but I would prefer to avoid
them and have just a little more space.

Current size seems approx 500MB, but I would like to ask for bump
