Bug#1142570: fixed in binutils 2.47-1

Hello! Friends,

I just installed `binutils-loongarch64-linux-gnu=2.47-2` and 
`linux-image-loong64=7.1.5-1` , and my laptop still won't start 
properly, I'm not sure if this issue has been resolved.

I understand it like this: When compiling the kernel, 
binutils-loongarch64-linux-gnu is required. However, when compiling 
"linux-image-loong64=7.1.5-1", "binutils-loongarch64-linux-gnu=2.47-2" 
has not been released, right?
