As librust-ed25519-dev is now at 3.0.0-1, the un-version-qualified Depends on
librust-ed25519-dev results in the 3.0 version being picked, failing the
`>=2.2, <2.3` requirement.

If you want to stick to 2.x, there is a librust-ed25519-2-dev, supposedly a
transition helper.
