Bug#1141675: python-requests-cache: Failing autokgtest: E TypeError: ExternalFile._load_value() missing 1 required positional argument: 'which'

I see this bug bothers beets, which I try to maintain.

This bug has not been open for a long time, but the fix which Bastian brought
to our attention is in version 1.3.2 which has been released since May 11th.

In another bug (1137569) I've not had word from you, so I'll respectfully take
the liberty to start preparing an NMU for this bug as well and update to 1.3.3.

Please let me know if you want to step in yourself.
