glib-d fails to build with glib2.0 2.89.3 which will be uploaded to
unstable soon. See more details of the build failure at
https://github.com/gtkd-developers/GlibD/issues/26

Because glib-d has no current reverse dependencies (gir-to-d), I will
request its removal from Testing.

I also am wondering whether it makes sense to keep glib-d in Debian
since glib-d frequently needs to be updated for major changes in
glib2.0. glib-d was previously used by appstream-generator but
appstream-generator was ported away from the D programming language.
