Bug#1143875: pdfposter: fails to work with python 3.13

Dear Maintainer,

the version of pdfposter included in Debian trixie seems to be incompatible
with the default Python 3.13 version

steps to reproduce the issue

- download a sample PDF
  $ curl -O https://www.debian.org/releases/trixie/release-notes.en.pdf

- try to convert the first page to two A4 sheets
  $ pdfposter -f 1 -l 1 -p 2x1a4 release-notes.en.pdf sample_a3.pdf

- it fails with

- the PKG-INFO syas the max supported Python version is 3.10

- following pdfposter changelog support of Python 3.11 was added with version
0.9
  https://pdfposter.readthedocs.io/en/stable/Changes.html
  0.9 (2025-07-22)
  Add support for Python 3.11, 3.12 and 3.13. Drop support for Python 3.6.

Please consider to amend the package to make it usable in Debian trixie.
