this is not the decision of the Debian CTTE. Please read the resolution 
in #1065416.

I am sorry that I was unclear.

But instead of assuming bad faith, you should simply ask for 
clarification.  I'm CCing the community team, just in case I'm wrong 
about my expectations on your communication style.
