Bug#1144173: libjjml-java: FTBFS: /<<PKGBUILDDIR>>/native/org_argeo_jjml_llm/jjml_llm_sampling.cpp:24:59: error: too few arguments to function ‘llama_sampler* llama_sampler_init_penalties(int32_t, int32_t, float, float, float)’

Thank you. The build failure is due to a breaking API change in
upstream library libllama.

I could reproduce and understand the issue, which is not easily
patchable. So, I will probably use the opportunity to upgrade libjjml-
java to a more recent version. This will take a few days.
