Bug#1144372: diffoscope: tests need python3-guestfs which is not available on 32bit archs anymore

Dear people,

autopkgtests need python3-guestfs which is not available on 32bit archs anymore,
filing this as serious because it blocks migration to forky.
(src:libguestfs was uploaded on March 28th and dropped support for 32bit
architectures, #1131838)

diffoscope's d/control already limits the guestsfs on 64bit archs, but
d/tests/control still require it for all archs. 

So I tried to do what d/test/control says to recreate it, but
debian/tests/control.tmp was never created. (But I just tried to do this
on a trixie system and in a sid schroot, so maybe thats why this failed and
this is certainly why I dont file an additional bug about this.)
