Hi,

After the upload of util-linux 2.41.5-0+deb13u1 in stable-security, when
upgrading from trixie to forky, the following happens:

	Reading changelogs... Done
(Reading database ... 251251 files and directories currently installed.)
	Preparing to unpack .../bsdextrautils_2.42.2-2_amd64.deb ...
	Unpacking bsdextrautils (2.42.2-2) over (2.41.5-0+deb13u1) ...
dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/bsdextrautils_2.42.2-2_amd64.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/rev', which is also in package util-linux (2.41.5-0+deb13u1)
	Errors were encountered while processing:
	 /var/cache/apt/archives/bsdextrautils_2.42.2-2_amd64.deb
Error: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Seems bsdextrautils has Breaks&Replaces against util-linux (<< 2.41.2-2~)
for the /usr/bin/rev transition, but 2.41.5-0+deb13u1 > 2.41.2-2.
