Hi,

This bug is currently blocking the migration of flexpart, because the 
bts concludes that the bug is present in every version of flexpart since 
9.02-27 except for version 9.02-28 which was explicitly marked fixed, 
and hence migration would introduce this bug to testing. The bts uses 
the changelog and explicit information to determine which version of 
flexpart is affected, but as the issue was elsewhere it's not mentioned 
in the flexpart changelog. I'm assigning the bug to eccodes as the bug 
was there (I'm strongly assuming).
