Bug#1144514: njs: fails to run with QuickJS engine

When i want to start njs CLI with QuickJS engine, it fails to start:

    njs -n QuickJS
    JS_NewContext() failed
    njs_engine_qjs_init() failed
    njs_create_engine() failed

Without this option, njs runs with native engine::

    njs 
    interactive njs (njs:1.0.0)
    
    >> njs.engine
    'njs'

The docs for njs module [1] has note, that from version 1.0.0, the njs
engine is deprecated, but i cannot test scripts in CLI with new engine,
thus i set severity to grave.
