No need, I already uploaded one. (diffoscope says there's no functional
change other than the maintainer scripts.)

Anything that has a systemd user service, where it would be a serious
problem for that service to restart when upgraded. (gnome-shell!)
If in doubt, test the upgrade by installing it locally (a "live"
upgrade, not a reboot-to-upgrade), and if your session survives, it's
probably OK.
