I have pushed a building 10.2.0 package to git. For everyone who wants
to work on this. I am not planning to upload because I do not know the
program. Please note that this and other RC bugs currently keep
trafficserver out of testing and there was even RM bug #1116680 filed to
get it out of the archive.
