Bug#1145125: python3-click-man: undeclared dependency ‘python3-pkg-resources’

Hi,

Yes indeed both declared & undeclared dependencies on
python3-pkg-resources should be RC-buggy.

I propose to NMU the new version tomorrow.

I had a look at what's in github and it uses importlib.metadata
