Bug#1144575: marked as pending in ipywidgets

When you initially merged this, the pipeline failed with 
build-dependency installation errors.  These seem to have been 
transient; I retried the pipeline today and it succeeded.  Can this 
change be uploaded to close this RC bug, or is there something else 
blocking it?
