No, I think you accidentally picked up the torrent links rather than the .iso
files themselves.

https://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/non-free/cd-including-firmware/11.3.0-live+nonfree/amd64/iso-hybrid/ is the directory you need.

Be aware - these are approximately 3GB files unless you have the standard
image which doesn't provide a GUI environment.
