debian-cd: doc/FAQ in bullseye CD is outdated

Hi,

When I comparing self-baked CDs with official CDs, I found the doc/FAQ 
of current released bullseye media is outdated. It's version is 10.0 (12 
August 2019) and should be 11.0 (January 2021). For example, it says 
'testing' is 'bullseye'.

         3.1.12. I am currently tracking testing (bullseye). What will
     the `testing' distribution, currently called bullseye
