Dear maintainer,

Installation ISO images for amd64 can boot on 32-bit EFI with secure
boot enabled but only install an unsigned 32-bit EFI boot loader so the
installed system will be unbootable with secure boot enabled.

Causes:
- grub-efi-ia32-signed:amd64 and shim-helpers-i386-signed:amd64 do not exist
- grub-efi-ia32-bin:amd64 does not recommend grub-efi-ia32-signed
- shim-signed:amd64 and shim-unsigned:amd64 provide only files for
64-bit EFI
